New Partner has moved towards a more unified and low code approach in the delivery of online services.

It has agreed a five-year, XYZ million contract with Squiz to use its software-as-a-service Digital Platform, The Squiz DXP, which will replace a collection of customer experience technologies in areas such as customer relationship management, content management and forms software.

The contract was awarded in April following a procurement process that went back to the summer of 2021.
